Referred Client. The Referred Client and the Referrer cannot be the same person. The Referred Client is a person who has never made a purchase at Pickering Williams & Magee prior to participation in the Referral Program.

Referral Rewards. Reward Payments. A Reward valued at US $25 (twenty five US dollars) (the “Reward”) shall be awarded by Pickering Williams & Magee to the Referrer. Pickering Williams & Magee may set a maximum amount of Qualifying Referrals per calendar year with respect to aggregate Rewards that may be earned. Rewards can also be credited to Participant's account.  Rewards may be subject to verification by Pickering Williams & Magee in its sole discretion. Pickering Williams & Magee may withhold a Reward for investigation, or refuse to process any transaction it deems fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or if Pickering Williams & Magee believes it will impose an undue liability on it, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents. All of Pickering Williams and Magee's decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Qualifying Referral Reward is valid.  As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards, i.e. 1099-MISC.
